Suggestions for improvement
- Talk to your employees and keep them informed. When a dispute arises, best to discuss it with all parties involved and obtaining all the facts before issuing reprimands.
- Put in place managerial personnel who are qualified to manage.
What I like about the company
Certain departments are a joy to work in. Others, not so much. Small company that is currently experiencing growing pains.
What I dislike about the company
No job security. Management is lacking when it comes to communicating with the employees and effectively handling difficult situations.
