Suggestions for improvement
- Higher pay, stop work with temp services to get peolpe
Very wide range of culture. Hard to communicate.
People do whatever is easiest for them. Boxes damaged, broken pallets. Dump and run. Let the next person handle it.
Use temporary services and most people leave within weeks there
Never know who is missing or when they are off.
Was told that this is not a career place to work
Low rate of pay. Low increases at time of review.
