There is no fairness, there is no trust, and you won't ever be commended for doing a good job by the supervisors.
Support from management
"Supervisors" only cared about their own agenda, not the people under them. There was an upper class, and if you weren't in it? Forget about it.
There is an "I" in team, and everybody seems to have found it at this job.
Freedom to work independently
You work until they say you're done. You'll never know when you're getting back.
You get to carry around a personal PDA and your cell. One is for work, the other is for what you want it for. But other than being told what you're going to do, you get zero information.
We never had a woman in the building.
Attitude towards older colleagues
No one appreciates or supports anybody but themselves.
Dead-end job. Definitely not a career.
Overall compensation for your work
You get paid minimum wage and what ever you make from the job, what you put into your PDA that you "did"
Office / Work Environment
You aren't allowed to use the bathroom, at all. They tell you that from the get-go. You just go until they tell you that you can get off work.
This is a company that works for Charter. You do not want to work for this company.
You have no life outside of work if you want to be paid. So if you have a girlfriend, wife or kids? Or just family you like to spend time with? Prepare to become a loner. Your only friend is you at this job.
No one likes this company, not even it's workers. But it's a job.
This job is not stable. It's a contract job through charter. Contracts can expire at any time.
The company provides training for two weeks. When Charter wouldn't even allow you out on your own until at least a year. Says a lot about ACI.
There is no sense of accomplishment in being forced to lie to your customers for profit. Not for me, anyway.
Inclusive / Diverse
The idea is making money, by any means. Especially screwing over the customer.
