Company created a culture officer. However it has gotten worse not better. Trash everywhere, bugs in office, turnover is still an issue and open communication is encouraged but not acceptable in the workplace.
Anyone can walk in and out of the building. It is not safe at all.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the employees who think they can do whatever they want. Listen to the employees concerns. CEO is nice and friendly but is blind to the things taking place in his company.
- Cleanliness. We are growing but yet reducing our cleaning company. It's really nasty in the office.
