Suggestions for improvement
- Improve communications
Company promotes a sense of ownership for employees but that means employees tend to work exclusively on the projects they're assigned, regardless of workload. This often means employee workloads vary wildly.
Whether intentional or not, there are some areas with literally zero female employees fulfilling certain roles. It certainly exhibits a "boys' club" vibe.
Very little opportunity for advancement. Once you're hired, expect to maintain your level and compensation indefinitely.
