Trust was an issue with management. Lack of support within each level of management.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Most of management, including upper management were under 40 years old.
Climbing the ladder is done rapidly. However, it is a lot in part due to high turnover.
Overall Compensation for your work
Pay is on par with the market value. Bi annual bonuses, and excellent time off benefits.
