I felt like there was no leadership. I had to talk to 4 different people to get an answer.
They tried to place me in a good environment, but once I begin to have issues they didn't help to solve them. They terminated my employment instead.
Suggestions for improvement
- Once the recruiter places the employee, don't cut all ties with them. Continue to keep that line of communication open. When the employee reaches out for help, don't just brush the issue under the rag, help the employee. Perform better termination processes.
- Help your employees grow in their careers. Don't treat them as just another placeholder.
