Suggestions for improvement
- Improve communications. Stop sending the work "offshore" and downsizing. Offer training and opportunities for advancement. Offer competitive pay and benefits.
I like about the employer
I'm afraid there is very little to say. There were a couple of good supervisors, but they were so constricted by the company and the other supervisors that they were basically ineffective.
I dislike about the employer
Too long to list. Downsizing constantly, no job security, micro-managing, repetious work, little or no opportunity for advancement, constant criticism and no real acknowledgement of achievements or good work.
