What I like about the company
the only thing I liked about Aetna was the pay and the opportunity to work overtime in open enrollment. The starting pay was increased to 16.00/hour in april 2016. Plenty of overtime available. Also that there was 164 hours of PTO.
What I dislike about the company
Was your typical call center environment. Policies constantly were changing and there was a complete lack of proper training. Also almost no sick time. High turn around as most employees did not last thru open enrollment. Your schedule could change constantly and there was no PTO allowed from November to April.
