Suggestions for improvement
- Stop promoting people based on who they know but based on their qualifications.
What I like about the company
The pay and the opportunity for overtime.
What I dislike about the company
There are not incentives for seasoned employees. High turn over rate with employees especially during open enrollment. For the 4 months of open enrollment there is no PTO available. Also your hours of work can change up to 4 times a year, and you will not have options which hours to work. During open enrollment weekends are mandatory. Also supervisors are never available.
