Suggestions for improvement
- Hold your managers accountable - especially when staff (or staff who has conducted their exit interview) consistently complains of absentee managers. Of course, managers tend to annihilate any staff that offers suggestions for improvement in morale.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
They are so large and fragmented they have NO clue as to how dysfunctional Coventry Health Care has become. In addition, they are top heavy in managers, who always telecommute, and staff is often left unsure of what to do next.
