Suggestions for improvement
- stats on performance spreadsheet compiled by computer and not managers i.e. show how many claims opened and closed by each employee, show admissions, referrals, etc. Admissions assigned by computer (round robin) and not managers to prevent unfair assigning of new claims (if claims reassigned by manager should show date and time and reason for changes) salary need to be competitive with current economy and cost of living in Florida. Onsite fitness center would be nice since they give rewards for healthy living and weight loss. Make it more convenient to stay fit.
