Support from Management
No support from management and if there's a conflict, it's game over. Employees have no say and are abused and disrespected with no recourse. Culture is emotionally dangerous and great employees can be fired for no reason.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop encouraging abusive leadership and stand up for decent treatment of employees. They can change the culture if they care to.
I like about the employer
In the past, it was a decent employer.
