Suggestions for improvement
- We lost a lot of very knowledgeable employees thru early retirement and layoffs the last 5 years and most management was replaced by employee's from a company we acquired. This disrupted our efficient processes since our contacts were gone and we had to educate new mgmt on what our unit did only to have them want to change it to be more like the co they came from. When something works, why change it? I always said I wished Aetna would just be still for a while, let us do our jobs and quit trying to tweak it--it never amounted to any improvement, just confusion across the regions.

Good immediate manager in my particular team, good teammates, worked at home
