It would depend on who your supervisor was.
Support from Management
While the over all supervisor staff was great with mentoring. The program itself needed improvement.
Loved coming to work with my team.
Level of Autonomy
Even though working in a call center can be challenge at times. The information wasn't hard.
There would be a lack of communication at times. But it came from upper management, not at. A direct supervisor level.
