Absolutely no trust in anyone

The pay structure is designed to not pay you for work you completed once you leave the company. There is a high turnover rate n
Vacation days cannot be taken any time. Families aren't considered. It is "strongly suggested" you put in as much time as you can.
They put much effort into the image of outsiders but internally the management is feared as unpredictable and retaliatory.
Your job is tenuous at best. I have seen a complete replacement of adjusters and admin in a short period of time.
No ramps or elevators for second floor.

Nepotism is rampant within the organization. Unqualified family members are placed in key decision making roles.
