Suggestions for improvement
- Be more in agreement when it comes to making how the workload is distributed and how the work should be done; listen to your employees or investigate/ask questions about problems an employee may be having before threatening that person with the loss of their job. Nothing gets accomplished this way.
What I like about the company
They are very family oriented and if a family crisis does arise with any of the employees within the firm, they do try to work with that employee if time off is needed and it exceeds the employees vacation or sick time that is given.
What I dislike about the company
There is too much indecisiveness when making decisions as to how the office work should be done, and there is no communication. Sometimes instead of them talking to an employee having an issue, they will call that employee into the office, threaten to fire them, and then after the initial blowup, they will then ask the employee what is going on.
