Meeting and developing relationships with people outside of your traditional network is what is most valuable about working for Aflac. If you are someone that is looking to expand your network, working as a sales associate here is a great place to do so. You may not be able to reach all the people you want to but the relationships that you do develop with people will be lasting ones. Other than that, the staff and district managers that are ...
Working for AFLAC you are a business owner. You are given the training and leadership to help you reach your goals and build your business. I work on a team that is very helpful and resourceful. I am constantly rewarded for my hard work. AFLAC does several cash and trip contests to motivate us in a high activity and fast paced field. I love helping people and I believe in the products. AFLAC is something that has financially helped several ...
A long standing, ethical company that offers an opportunity to be successful on all levels. Training provided, good compensation and ease of company access for help with your business. Sales is challenging but if you work hard, you will be successful.

when I became CTO I thought people wouldn't like that I was so young but in fact it was the opposite because I had a lot of new ideas and new directions and was much easier to work with than the old boss.

Employees don't like

I have been working in chat support for over 3 years. As many might know, working in customer support is stressful and requires to maintain a high level of concentration. To stay sane experiencing pressure every day seems to be the main goal at the beginning of a customer support career. In most cases pressure fades away after some time and routine is taking over. Still, this work isn’t easy and it’s definitely not a good fit for everyone. In today’s post I ...
my company is very good ,its owner is so good person, many many offers she gives ous so we honestly do our duties,we are love our company owner and my owner loves our very much,we are all off the employe doing our best duties, our company takes a good possision in the world.so we are so proud of our company.my company is very good ,its owner is so good person, many many offers she gives ous so we honestly do our duties,we are ...
I would not say that I disapprove as much as I would like to add a suggestion. I think a base salary would be great for the commissioned sales representatives as it would give them at least a small level of security. This would give them the ability to focus more on doing their job well without the added nervous energy of knowing that the only way they can receive income is if they get a certain percentage of sales ...
It would be best if they live by what they said. And consistently deal with employee relations or people they don't like in the same manner. For example one individual may be moved to another department instead of fired based on a variety of factors. Factors like age, race, do they have any secretive information that they don't want leaked.
Needs stronger HR department to help employees with negative experiences with leadership, improved job recruitment and hiring process, individual areas are too siloed and don't try to build positive relationships with other areas of the company. The call center is stressful and very high pressure for its employees.

Suggestions for improvement

As I mentioned before integrity is an issue within the system. While it is important to push for goals there should be a check and balance built in to the system
One on one training for more hours with the trainer. And for us to to asked question or even know what we are actually doing once we work in company trying to sale insurance.
Everything is good i think, but many of lack but it's very negligible so it's can't be major problem. So overall it is a nice company ever i seen
Put the focus back on the products and the reason the company was founded instead of focusing on a quota
The policy is in place for a reason and there is nothing in the policy that I’ve encountered that is abnormal

I do not make the money that I think that I should. However, when you are single and find yourself unemployed, you take what you can get. It is in my field, so the experience could be considered more valuable than compensation if I I want to put a positive spin on it

I will warn you, be careful. I didn't have a license at first. I was forced to get on the phone and coldcall. I got a law firm. A senior went out with me. He stated they weren't interested. I had gotten my license then. He told me not to contact them. I suspected him of taking the account for himself. Another large insurance agency stated AFLAC has been known to take people not licensed and get accounts without giving ...

They give you percentages and then you have to remember that's not what you are making. If you have a partner then you have to split the percentage. You start out of pocket and use your own resources. People have emptied their 401K and other savings to stay afloat. Once you have no more resources they sit with you and let you know it's not working for you. And before that, they say you're doing great, keep going.
