I worked for 24 years. The company has begun outsourcing jobs at the home office to India. They are trying to have all of the internal employees switch to the call center or quit. The company isn't the family oriented company it used to be and the policyholders are being duped into believing the company cares, when it has become a game of maximizing the company's profit at the expense of the employees and policyholders. The duck is dead. RIP.

- Get completely new management.
