Suggestions for improvement
- They need to lighten up on their policy regarding tardiness. I was a great customer service rep and just because I was late doesn't mean that I should have been let go.
The Sr. Leadership team is like a secret club. They got rid of key HR people who cared about the company and replaced them with individuals that only look to for themselves and don't look to partner with operations. Now that they hired a new VP of HR, maybe she can restore what was once a strong supportive department.
Finances are never correct and they make you leave work without pay
