Suggestions for improvement
- They could communicate better with the employees, not just what your doing wrong, but what they are doing right, the moral in that place drops so bad and that is why you have such a big turn over rate, if you kept the moral going, the employees would want to stay there forever.
I like about the employer
The training is awesome, they make sure you know what your doing before you go out on the floor.
I dislike about the employer
They didn't let you be your own person, it is skit orientated, even if your honest, dependable and top in sales it doesn't matter to them unless you do it their way only, you have to say things verbatim, and if they don't think your good at your job, then the next thing you know you come in to work one day and your things are packed in a box and your escorted off the property.
