Suggestions for improvement
- Narrowing the array of products per person would drive further expertise.
While working at AGCO, management gave tenured and experienced workers the option for early retirement. If they refused the severance package, they were later terminated and replaced with either temps or inexperienced team members who received a severe pay cut compared to their predecessors.
Management would not set clear expectations and when asked for clarification or help, they would deflect the responsibility.
