Too many Chiefs not enough Indians
Global initiates all policies. Clueless to what North American requirements. Does not work with Employees but certainly has alot of opinion.
Support from management
Management is opinionated and only wants to pass on information they are confortable with. Don't ask questions that will throw them off, you will not get anywhere.
Teamwork only works if it will make them look good for managements.
Freedom to work independently
Verify every work.. a moving target...Even if you are right, you are wrong..unless they are feeling comfortable with your designs.
Management kisses the upper management. Majority of Sales are clueless to what they are selling but will throw people under the bus quickly, if they feel the heat.
Attitude towards older colleagues
You will be replaced,., quickly
they try.. but it's just that.. they try.
Overall compensation for your work
To save money, they will write you up, so they and others can get more money
Office / Work Environment
Sit all day long and appease the Sales
It's not the enviroment, it's behind the scene issues.
Everything and Every work is a firedrill
Over Priced, clueless to the real future.
Walking on egg shell.
It's okay.. The unwriting words is "Depends on who you talk to".
Inclusive / Diverse
South Carolina.. that should tell you quickly that they will hired outside their norm for diversity, other than that, you are walking on egg shells.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the Ego within the senior staff. You're are failing the future.
What I like about the company
Nothing.. They get rid of people they dont agree with and kisses their a** when they can't get their business beyond those former employees.,
