Suggestions for improvement
- Trust your employees, allow them to help you grow the business and the company.
- Leadership needs to communicate with EVERYONE, all the time, not just when you have a luncheon or event. It's a small enough office that leadership could come around to talk or commmunicate, not just on the special occassion. Also communicate the business and plan it out, stop with the immediate changes. Maybe tell us something is going to change, don't change it then tell us.
