Suggestions for improvement
- Too many to mention. Improvements have to come from the top down. Mainly the company's owners are not experienced in management and do not understand how to structure a company. They also do not value individuals and make decisions based on emotions and politics. At this job I have been hurt several times and have continued to work as hard as ever through my injuries. Myself and others have bled, sweat to the point of not being able to replenish our hydration regardless of how much water we drank, as well as suffered from heat stroke many times, and have had many other issues that were unnecessary. The workplace is dangerous and we are pushed with little sleep doing work that is often times dangerous.
What I dislike about the company
The company is operated poorly and burns out its employees during busy seasons while offering no work for months in the slow season.
