Suggestions for improvement
- Wouldn't care about our suggestions. In fact the suggestion box had a layer of dust.
Usually the wrong people are commended. Fairness is hit or miss, trust few.
Depends on the manager.
Work on a one sided, sliding scale of favorites.
Depends on what department you work in.
Okay in this category, profit passed down in small increases depending on department.
Women are usually office workers and food service workers. Their were a few women who worked in the man dominated department who were not there very long.
