There is absolutely no support from upper management on this job, they are too quick to lay blame on others.
Suggestions for improvement
- I would improve the dynamics between lower management and the upper management. They are too quick to lay blame on others in order to save their jobs. The buck always stops somewhere and it should not be always at the feet of those at the lower end of the totem pole.
What I like about the company
I get to choose the hours I work and the benefits are great. There is mostly positive interaction between co-workers, the people we support are inspirational and i feel we do good work everyday.
What I dislike about the company
I am not really disapproving of any part of the company because I thin the work they do is really remarkable.
