Suggestions for improvement
- Easier, faster hiring process.
The people are friendly and the company try to involve the employees into the inner goings of the company when it is necessary.
I disapprove of the way the handle employees when it comes to a firing. They judge jury and prosecutor. There should be an independent voice as far as termination of an employee is concerned.
There is very little to like about this company I worked for this company for many years. The main and only goal is looking good on paper. There is very little caring for the individuals or the employees who actually care for them
Just about everything it is poorly run
There is way to much gossiping and not enough professionalism.
Management is very quick to terminate an employee.
Co-workers are very supportive to eachother.
There is to much micro management
Communication between employee and management is very poor.
Although AHRC NYC is dominated dy females there are a good hand full of males that also work there.
You have the opportunity to choose your schedule .
