- Ensure that approaching supervisors can be a more open door policy and less and us versus them society.
What I like about the company
This agency has helped me gain confidence by entrusting me with the knowledge and skills to do my job effectively then actually letting me do it. My supervisors support me and are always assessable but also trust me to make the decisions I feel are right.The agency shows its appreciation for its employees with yearly staff appreciation meetings and random acts of kindness like gift card drawings or team challenges or even a delivery of donuts.
What I dislike about the company
There is often not a lot of movement for upward mobility. The agency’s is very top heavy with more supervisors than people to supervise.
