Suggestions for improvement
- Innovation is not an executive led proposition, innovation comes from those who live the shop floor daily and know first hand how to improve business efficiency. New leaders need to bring ideas from the floor, not just through the multitude of paid consultants.
What I like about the company
AIG is a company in transition. Thriving on high speed change it was a great company to be part of.
What I dislike about the company
Leadership was transient and inculcated no loyalty. Objectives were casual and unwritten, causing employees to have a somewhat casual understanding of their goals and upon what they were being reviewed.
