Support from Management
I have no clue what managers do at Travel Guard. They were mostly useless.
What I like about the company
I liked the environment, the benefits, the pay.
What I dislike about the company
Too many departmental silo's. Too much bureaucracy. Little things take a huge effort to accomplish. Many folks there are NOT technically competent(even managers are heard to say, "80% of the work gets done by 20% of the people.") Travel Guards main claims application is a fragile-tinderbox & managers are not open to refactoring it...not even a little. Their processes are bloated & still highly manual in-nature. This makes getting work done extremely difficult.
