The CEO/owner goes through people as if they're disposable doesn't take anyone or anything but herself in consideration when making decisions for the company often to the detriment of the employees.
Level of Autonomy
Employees have no say in any of their work load or work structure. Due to the revolving door, employees who have gained experience are often taken advantage of and overwhelmed with work until the company can afford to hire a new large amount of staff that quit just as quickly.
