Overall the company dose a great job with service and install.
Support from management
Management is very poor and employees are not treated very well.
Nobody wants to accept responsibility if there is a problem and try to push the blame on others.
Freedom to work independently
All employees are closely tracked with GPS and company monitors what you do on phones, tablets and whatever other employees say about you.
Employees are not informed on how well they preformed. Just on mistakes they have made and you will never hear ( you did a great job).
Women only work in the office.
Attitude towards older colleagues
The older employees are able to express opinions on younger employees and make them look bad.
The company dose offer training and opportunities to better themselves.

Yes most employees are paid on how well they can perform.
Office / Work Environment
Overall the office is very nice and well suited for what they do.
The company dose have everything labeled and recycles.
Air Dynamics dose not have any concern about employees with family's. For instance a employee who is not on call and has a family to go home to is forced to work late, the other is a supervisor who is single and has no family and is on call gose home early at 2:00 pm.
I was very proud to work for air Dynamics.
It is not a very stable job do to the slow months in the winter. During the slow time hours would be cut to 15 to 20 hours a week.
The company is very safe when doing jobs.
Overall the work is not hard but I am proud when I take the extra time to do a good job.

- Remove existing supervisor and hire Someone else suitable for the job.
What I like about the company
Air Dynamics is a small company and they do great quality work.
What I dislike about the company
Most of the senior employees that have been there a while think there better then younger technicians and they are two faced.
