Toxic, with no leadership. Narrow vision

No professional training is provided or supported. Advancement is severely limited.
Overall compensation for your work
Not even close to being compensated by industry and area standards.
Office / Work Environment
Environment is decent. Technology is archaic, most everything is 5-10 years old.
Recycling happens when it is convenient.
If work goes beyond normal hours expected to stay but asked to leave early the next day so no overtime is paid. Management cares nothing for employee's family.
Not anymore. Management has neglected how the company is presented physically, intellectually, and professionally.
Not stable at all, management is always looking at reorganizing, forcing employees to move on, or strictly limiting budgets.
A handicap parking sign is the only thing this company done to be compliant with Americans with Disabilities Act.
No training what so ever, Safety is just a word and position in the company.
Work in my field is challenging, but most times asked to perform menial tasks meant for other positions.
Inclusive / Diverse
Outside of the management clique, no ones opinion is asked for or supported. Often censured for taking initiative in advancing the company.
