After 10 years I’ve seen the industry change, but business stays the same where more is expected but less is compensated. A true look at the future perhaps.
What I dislike
More is expected with no recognition or compensation.
Suggestions for improvement
Recognition of employees contribution and less concentration in independent management self progress. Management needs to recognize business progress is due to employee support.
