Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to the operators more
Good old boy network.
Supervision for themselves. Quick to blame workers.
Told to do one thing but when things do not go right quick to blame workers.
Seem to force older workers out.
No chance for development.
If you played cards or drank with supervision you got a good raise. If not you received little. How can a 1% raise be prorated?
