The culture is very wild. Ruined are not followed Abx guidelines are not enforced.

Impossible goals are set that cannot be accomplished. Communication is not effective , all management fail to convey information to employees. No training provided to employees nor supervisors, you learn what you can as you go along day to day. Employees are not involved in any plans that are set. No one cares to follow-up with employees to see what tools are needed to their task. Each day you arrive to work changes are being made and no one makes you aware of what's going on. But at the end of the day senior management wonders why goals were nut met. Training is needed I'm Al levels starting with the director.
