Supervisors are instructed to not give positive feedback so people don't expect pay increases. Senior management does not trust or respect any of their employees. This used to be a fun place to work. It is a morgue now.
Support from Management
No one has a voice there.
Senior management and the owners dislike when employees have meetings. They seem meeting as a waste of time and do not encourage anyone to work as a team.
