Suggestions for improvement
- Get professional leaders with a people person personality
Upper management bullies employees under them with threats and impossible schedules. Safety is suppose to be first and they push it to the limit.
Upper management again was a my way or highway resolve. Bullying was prevalent.
Our Team was one of the best at ASP. Upper management caused issues when they got involved.
It did not exist. The boss needed to be involved in every decision or you were blackballed.
Good but not great. Other companies with same size I worked for in the past have better culture.
Diversity and group togetherness
Hard to resolve problems because of inadequate information resulting to breakdown of procedures. Many of these procedures need to be thoroughly reviewed and change for the better.
