absolutely not! supervisors are disrespectful and have their picks, normally if you are Caucasian you have a better chance of being promoted. African Americans are promoted to make it look as if discrimination does not exist. The company in itself claim to welcome diversity.

Poor communication with Supervisors. They take suggestions as going against the grain. No good signs of leadership
