Support from Management
The owner/boss doesn't help you with anything. Critizies you for mistakes HE caused or did. Very disrespectful and calls you absurd names.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get a new owner/boss! Better customer service. Just shut the company down. It's terrible.
I like about the employer
I liked the fact to be able to test and help sell the products
I dislike about the employer
The owner/boss insults employees to the face and belittles them. Doesn't know anything about certain parts of the industry but claims he does. Makes bad judgement calls that cost you major sales. Did not put money into the marketing department when he said he would. Then proceeds to yell at marketing employee for not going out to market.
