Department Executive leadership
Worst Human Resources department ever. Unprofessional HR manager, poor structure, backwards processes or processes that don't work. Inconsistent in just about everything operationally. Very poor quality of a company. Turn over rate early 100% poor pay, no support, no benefits.
Support from Management
General manager was supportive.
No career development.
