Support from management
When I first started it was much better but as costs became an issue, freedom and autonomy became more restricted. The benefits and flexibility were good although the pay was pretty low compared to industry standard. The nail in the coffin was the buy out from Southwest Airlines. We were lucky we were able to keep our jobs but everything changed the only thing that improved was the pay.
Suggestions for improvement
- None. They were bought out by Southwest and the company as we know it does not exist.
What I like about the company
The health benefits and flight benefits as well as scheduling flexibility we had with our shifts.
What I dislike about the company
There was no room for growth unless you knew someone or were well liked by someone in a decision making capacity.
