Suggestions for improvement
- Bring back direct communication with floor workers. Better training at lower management levels. Better pay for lower management levels. Better pay for floor workers.
What I like about the company
401k and health benefits.
What I dislike about the company
Used to be a great place to work. Upper management and HR have produced a hostile work environment that has horrible morale with inadequate communication to ground floor workers. Advancements are made generally by buddy system.
