Overall compensation for your work
Pay and insurance? Great.
The company pretends to be sustainable, but never does anything to actually "be sustainable"

No. You are spoken to as if you don't understand anything
Suggestions for improvement

What I like about the company
The Front Desk team, engineers, HK staff were all amazing.
What I dislike about the company
The way management spoke to their employees; schedules; no motivation given
