there is no structure for employees to be rewarded for good work. employee reviews are just plain not done

Management continues to make you uncomfortable, leading by fear, and making you feel guilty.
everyone is out for themselves, there is comradery
Level of Autonomy
workload is put onto those that will do it, and laid off of those who don't.
management refuses to let the people taking them to the next level know plans, they just act and you must figure it out for yourself
