Suggestions for improvement
- Fire the ones involved in the busy system.
what leadership we got was sometimes a brief meeting before shift started.
They take more than they give. Used to get company sponsored dinners and safety awards. They took all that away and ask for more production. Changed insurance and cost more
Most of the other employees were a pleasure to work with
Awful, missed my 1 and only sons birth because of them. The employees are just number to them. 7 days a week 12 HR shifts.
You are a number to them

If your a decent looking woman, you will go far into the company.
Money's is good, but not enough to not see your family, or the outside world
