Company culture

I read the other review but didn't have the same experience. I worked there for 2 years and had a great relationship with management. The first Friday of every month the owner bought lunch and for Christmas we recieved a bonus. The pay was much better then flipping burgeers and I enjoyed learning new things each day.

The production area is well ventilated and with so many doors open it makes you feel like your outside.

I won't lie, it's a fast moving place but it feels great to know you printed thousands of tee shirts in a day and it really helps to pass the time by quickly.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking to learn and enjoy their working envirnment. I can tell you that I have worked at 2 other print shops and this one blows them out of the water. The new equipment and streamlined production technology is nothing like the last shop I worked at. My 2 cents

Company culture

Extremely fast-paced (non-stop)/harsh labor conditions that has many hazardous elements that workers need to be aware of for safety. The pay is not much more than minimum wage. ****lifting, bending, pulling, tossing, folding, twisting non-stop. *Gigantic hot gas dryers, *tons of automatic/manual equipment forcefully moving around you. *Dust, Lint, and Chemical airborne, *Extreme heat and bright light. A GED to work your way into any form of management may not be necessary, just be bossy with a little bit/lot of attitude to Lol, this is a quick small buck when your down on your luck, but flipping a burger might pay more and be safer while you look for something more rewarding.
