Suggestions for improvement
- give pay and discounts back to employees and treat employees like people who are cared about rather than a line worker.
I like about the employer
It was a company who cared about employees when it was a small independent hospital. Supervisors mentored staff and was involved
I dislike about the employer
When taken over by a larger corporate healthcare group with many facilities the employees lost pay and benefits and the "family feeling" left. Employees felt like a number....a warm body to fill positions rather than a person who was part of a family who worked together to meet the needs of the community.
