Suggestions for improvement
- Equipment maintenance, management to be proactive instead of reactive, and the training of new hires needs to be remolded so there is a decrease in turnovers.
What I like about the company
We are union and get steady raises. For 2017, we got a 3% raise.
What I dislike about the company
Management doesn't respond to emails in a timely manner... you feel like a gift filling a position timeframe than a valued employee. Equipment is always broken amd their isnt routine maintenance. I do not feel safe with our security.
