Leadership USED to listen, but then they turned their backs on certain people.
Suggestions for improvement
- Basically, be fair. Don't allow some people to be negative all the time and be unfair to those of us who really have a work ethic.
- Listen to your long-standing employees. We have been faithful and dedicated employees.
I like about the employer
The providers there were wonderful to the staff. I was there 8 1/2 years and LOVED working there.
